24 hours notice is required for cancellations, reschedules or amendments to booked appointments, or a 100% charge may apply. This will need to be paid on the client's next visit, or the client will forfeit a treatment if they are on a pre-paid course. This is at the discretion of the owners, who will account for circumstances.
Beauty on the Green reserves the right to cancel pre-booked appointments at short notice in the event of an emergency.
If a client fails to arrive on time for their appointment, treatment time may have to be cut short to end the appointment at the allocated time. Any client arriving more than 10 minutes late for their appointment may need to be rescheduled to another time or date, and charges may apply.
Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Vouchers are non-refundable.
